Rebirth Engineering CIC is a new kind of engineering organisation — built to restore confidence, skill, and purpose through hands-on creation.
We use real engineering projects — including the rebuild of a Porsche 911 — as rolling classrooms where neurodivergent and underrepresented people learn by doing, not sitting still. In our workshops, students don’t just study engineering — they become engineers.
Through inclusive maker spaces, guided courses, and industry-led projects, we develop:
- Technical skill in mechanical, automotive, and manufacturing engineering
- Confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure
- Professional workshop standards and pride in craft
